Our Kitchenware, referred to herein as "we," "us," "our," or "Our Kitchenware," issues these e-gift cards subject to the following terms and conditions ("E-Gift Card Terms"). These E-Gift Card Terms govern the digital gift cards purchased, obtained, redeemed, or used through the Our Kitchenware website. By purchasing, using, or accepting Our Kitchenware e-gift cards, you agree to abide by these E-Gift Card Terms and our overall Terms of Service, collectively referred to as the "Terms."
Changes to E-Gift Card Terms:

Non-Refundable and Non-Redeemable for Cash:
Our Kitchenware e-gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except as mandated by applicable law.
Expiration and Fees
Our Kitchenware e-gift cards have no service fees or expiration dates. However, it's important to note that we may, at our discretion, request additional verification of your identity, the e-gift card, and your account ownership or request the provision of a different payment method before allowing you to apply an e-gift card to your account or make a purchase. This measure is in place to ensure the security and integrity of the e-gift card and your account.
Redemption of Gift Cards:
Our Kitchenware e-gift cards are redeemable for eligible merchandise on ourkitchenware.com. You can use these e-gift cards to cover the entire cost or a portion of your chosen item(s). Please note that the selection of eligible merchandise may be subject to change, as determined by us in our sole discretion.
Exceeding the Gift Card Balance:
In cases where your purchase exceeds the balance available on your e-gift card, you will be required to make up the difference using another payment method.
Unused Balance and Future Use:
Any remaining, unused balance on the e-gift card will be retained on the card for future transactions. Your e-gift card is a gift that keeps on giving!

Violation of these Terms
In the event of any violation of these Terms, if we have reason to suspect or believe that a Gift Card has been obtained, used, or applied to a purchase in a fraudulent, unlawful, or otherwise non-compliant manner, or if we deem any Gift Card usage to be misleading, deceptive, unfair, or potentially harmful to Our Kitchenware, its customers, or its operations, we retain the right, without prior notice to you, to take various actions, including but not limited to canceling, holding, voiding, or refusing to accept such Gift Cards without issuing a refund, suspending or terminating accounts, revoking the ability to use our services, canceling or limiting orders, and seeking payment through alternative means.
Limitation:
E-gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be resold or canceled once purchased. They should not be used to acquire other gift cards or participate in unauthorized advertising, marketing, promotions, commercial activities, or sweepstakes. Moreover, e-gift cards cannot be redeemed for an amount exceeding their face value, transferred for any form of value, or exchanged for cash or cash refunds. The sale of e-gift cards is only permitted within the range of $50 to a maximum of $300. Additionally, it's essential to note that e-gift cards are not reloadable once their balance is depleted. These guidelines are established to ensure the appropriate and lawful use of Our Kitchenware e-gift cards.
Delivery and Risk:
The digital Gift Card will be promptly dispatched to the recipient's designated email address after completing a purchase transaction. As the purchaser, it is of utmost importance that you acknowledge your responsibility to provide a correct and valid email address for the delivery process. It is crucial to emphasize that if the provided email address cannot be duly confirmed or verified, Our Kitchenware retains the legal right, in accordance with our established terms and conditions, to withhold the delivery of the Gift Cards.
